Do you use Slack at work? I do and while I wish it would allow me to mute certain people for a few hours and while it's inferior to IRC, for what it is, it's fine. The worst employees most likely should not have the ability to bother the best employees, but that is not Slack's fault.
The only thing that can destroy their company is in banning accounts for people that use it.
Slack has started banning the accounts of people that use it.
