Trump considered buying Greenland by Commander Tansin A. Darcos 08/19/2019, 9:35am PDT CNN reported that President trump was considering buying Greenland from Denmark, similar to the way Alaska was bought from Russia roughly a hundred fifty years ago. Greenland, a mostly ice-covered country which is part of the Kingdom of Denmark, is the largest land mass separate from the main body of North America. It is also 1¼ times the size of Alaska and 3¼ times the size of Texas. It is located slightly north east of Canada. Both Denmark and Iceland have shown they are frosty to this deal, and have said "Nee" to the offer, CNN saying both said, "Greenland is not for sale." What's your thoughts on, say, Greenland becoming the 51St state instead of DC?
