The primary goal looks to be increasing Uranium by CNDRC 08/21/2019, 8:27pm PDT
for fuel in their nuclear program - both existing, plus the upcoming Gen IV reactors.

I don't see why there would be plans of airport expansions to accommodate influx of Chinese & shipping materials out for no reason at all. If you're right, then maybe it's hubris and poor planning with China leaving the arctic. We'll see.

I'm definitely not sold on the (Neil DeGrasse Tyson voice) *chuckles* well, you see they aren't really "rare" to dismiss the unfolding of this scenario just yet.

China produces "%97 of the world's supply" because they do it so cheap it's just not worth it to mine anywhere with regulations or safety.
