I think the problem is really just managing people in general. by blackwater 09/02/2019, 9:19pm PDT I pointed out contractors because that's just the main example most of us have of managing someone. Having said that, I live in California in a high cost of living area. Not a lot of contractors want to live here. So with anything construction or renovation-related, you end up dealing with people who are total fuckups, illegal immigrants, or total fuckups managing teams of illegal immigrants. It doesn't help that American society has spent the last few decades shitting on blue-collar work and beating the "everyone must get a white-collar job" drum. Anyway, on the positive side, I am now fully ready for the Yang Gang's robot revolution. Any day now, guys.
