Their best pile, any one of these could show up on top 100 games of all-time lists.
Zork I
Zork II
Zork III
Planetfall
Enchanter
Suspended (more of a board game with text adventure elements)
Wishbringer
Hitch-Hiker's Guide to the Galaxy
Suspect
A Mind Forever Voyaging
Spellbreaker
Trinity
Leather Goddesses of Phobos
The Lurking Horror
Plundered Hearts

Pretty good
Deadline
Starcross
The Witness
Sorcerer

Definitely playable if you like text games, but wouldn't point non-fans to them
Infidel
Seastalker
Cutthroats
Ballyhoo
Moonmist
Hollywood Hijinx
Stationfall
Border Zone
Sherlock
Journey
Beyond Zork

Not recommended
Bureaucracy
Shogun
Zork Zero

Not a game, this is a relational database:
Cornerstone

Fooblitzky is a board game.
Nord & Bert Couldn't Make Head Nor Tail Of It is a wordplay kind of thing, I dunno, never tried it.
I also never tried their King Arthur game.

The Circuit's Edge was developed by Westwood but I think it had the Infocom name. It's not a text adventure, it's a graphical text adventure. Highly recommended.
