Absolutely not, because that's not how this works. The extraordinary claim Manhattan will sink beneath the waves is the part that requires the evidence. But who cares? Because I never claimed any of it wasn't true. Then I explained how it'll have to be a Republican to try to address the problem.
Right now, the left has been overtaken with corporatism, so they're worthless, and the right is just ignoring the problem. I actually worked for this environmentalist newspaper once, I mean I didn't read it or anything I just sent them cartoons. Anyway, I'd actually like to see someone, you know, solve the actual problem? Ask the working class guys in France how they feel about it, the Left has abandoned labor around the world. Cap & Trade, a fancy way of saying the big boys can go along as always, even worse if they have deep pockets. Small time operators are gone, impossible to enter the market without corporate cash, so eliminating competition. Maybe tax everybody's footprint, that'll solve it, taxes solve everything. I'm sure the revenue will all go to parklands and rainbows.
Greta's fear mongering is just shrill bullshit to scare people into some tax scheme, and I think it'll just turn people off. Meanwhile, the planet would be getting hotter, even without the man-made contribution. Greta wins! Solves nothing. See there was climate change even when there weren't people I know it's crazy, and like the animals that lived back then and the number of them that went extinct, you wouldn't believe.
So enough of the horseshit, let's get down to solving the problem! Planet getting hotter? Ok, hm. Now luckily Americans, especially Americans hailing from the grand south where a lot of Republicans live remember, are really adept at blowin shit up. |
