I have seen a few straight-to-desktop crashes, and at one point my save was corrupted and I had to make a new one and then load my corrupted one. So I guess it wasn't that corrupted. I look back at my posts about it at the time. I think I've become more forgiving of games than I was 10 years ago. Also, Fallout 4's inability to have any random encounter be something other than violence makes New Vegas look like it was made 500 years in the future.
But playing one of these giant role playing games means you don't have time for much else which is bad for this sub forum.
