The investors should be the ones making the choice to sell off their stakes first. Epic could then purchase it like controlling stock, although I still don't like that idea for KS. That belongs on some other new marketplace.
w/r/t to Tencent? Well, we'll see how things go with the CCP trying to manage the means of production and a virus quarantine of 1.5 Billion (Verdict: NEGATIVE).
