I never "plead guilty to stealing booze." I pled no contest at age 20 to having had two beers. I was still six months away from being legally able to drink alcohol in the state of Oregon. The theft bit that MTW talks about? Totally made up by MTW. I paid for those two beers.

Setting aside how creepy it is to pay money out of pocket to run a background check on someone that wrote down a few notes on his game that boil down to "some things work, some things didn't. Meh," then follow me around the Internet and harass me for a year or so, you can tell he knows that he's lying, not just misunderstanding what's going on. Here, he quotes only the case number as "proof," because the case number he's quoted can only be validated by paying.

But in previous harassing posts, he used to also quote the statute number, which can be looked up for free. Presumably, he's stopped doing that because he doesn't want people to check his "proof."

There was no theft. That's just slander. I had two beers when I was twenty. That's what he's complaining about.
