| I think Postman is the most unreliable piece of shit in tech. It NEVER works. Granted, where I work has things locked down to the point of silliness but I've been at three places and 95% of the time when someone is testing a simple new API call and they want to just check it in Postman first, Postman won't connect to the shared collections or has saved cookies from years ago or won't work at all because it needs an update or isn't filling variables correctly in the first call and passing them to the second call (this one happens to me every time and that it can happen at all is a giant failure of the app).
So, I hate it. I have hated it forever. Do you guys use anything other than curl for simple api call construction? |
