Just a note, windows 10 leverages TPM chips just fine by laudablepuss 12/20/2021, 9:26am PST
I guess Win 11 *requires* TPM, but you can certainly be secure with Win 10. At my last place we were only buying laptops with TPM chips and using those to bitlocker the devices.

Seems to me like this would be a redstone update, not a new OS.
