It cracks me up to think of some tech in an oversized trenchcoat making it over to some ROM hoarder's private abode!!!!!, a home that not only has a rare, never-been-dumped game, but probably those same misty refrigerated shelves containing canisters of his own semen like Veidt in the Watchmen TV show. And then instead of the Asian housekeeper injecting herself with the genetic material of the world's smartest man, the tech takes his coat off and sets up his ROM burner and leaves with the code of probably the world's worst arcade game. I hope he did a bad job fixing the game he was supposed to be over there for, too.
Oh and whispers on coinop forums are that the ROM vigilante jerked off on the rare board's 6502 as he left. When in Rome. (Nothing about it said "gangster"-- until then). |
