U mean, I like Aha's Take on Me video, and except for the scenes of the band playing, the fantasy of the lead singer being chased by cartoon thugs really doesn't have much, except he is singing it to her, so ir barely qualifies as related to the song.

Sure it does! The lyrics of Take on Me are all about a nice girl stepping out of her comfort zone and taking a risk with a rough character, even though he'll be gone in a day. Take (a chance) on me!

So needless to say
I'm odds and ends
But I'll be stumbling away
Slowly learning that life is okay
Say after me
It's no better to be safe than sorry

This is shown in fantastical form by the girl reading a comic book about a bad boy who competes in a rough racing circuit. She jumps into the comic and disrupts her normal existence (making the diner lady think she's been stiffed, then ending up publicly embarrassed when she emerges from the trash) and her time with the bad boy is cut short when he's attacked by rival drivers from the racing circuit.

But for the brief moment while they're together things are magical, shown by the amazing drawing-to-reality mirror effect.

And hey, even if the relationship seems doomed on the face of it, there's always the chance that he'll fight his way out of his messy life to come back to her!
