| There is one added scene that I think is necessary: one where they extract the terminator's CPU and remove a learning limiter. It gives a better explanation for why the terminator grows a heart than the theatrical cut. It's also a nifty visual effect using Linda Hamilton's twin sister in a fake mirror.
But there are a couple scenes that deservedly belong on the cutting room floor: An embarrassing dream sequence where Sarah is visited by the ghost of Kyle Reese and given a pep talk before her big asylum escape, and a short scene were the T-1000 kills John's dog. |
