| You can wipe it using Find My Phone. And people have apparently done this when their phones have been stolen (it's a good move) Some people call this the "kill switch"
Recent-ish iphones also have the secure enclave which makes it essentially impossible to get access to the phone unless they know your PIN. (I mean maybe the NSA has a hack for the secure enclave, but not some random buy grabbing your phone) I do not know if Android has anything like this. If you care about security then... I have to ask why you're using android in the first place. |
