| There are a handful of "Sombre-likes" on itch.io, which generally boil down to "go around and find the things" games. If you are desperate to spray dots, they'll provide a couple hours of release, but none are close to the level of either Blinded by Fear, and definitely not Scanner Sombre.
I played through Scanner twice more over the weekend, and watched a few speedrun videos, which are very annoying because it basically consists of bunny hopping for 25 minutes, taking advantage of various glitches. It's really amazing. I can't really recommend it wholeheartedly because for most people I'm sure it is tiresome and boring, but I just really love it a lot. There's ol' Pinback suckin' that indie cock again. |
