| Yes, but it is early access. I'll get it, but if they are not in a hurry I guess I am not either? I've got the original running on floppies directly to my left, so I feel qualified to talk about it. You know this but others do not, TurboTax fucked my 2021 taxes up and the IRS was THROWIN ELBOWS OUTTA THE WAY making sure I paid a $600 penalty when they figured it out, in late 2023. I am sure somehow this is all my fault, between the government, which already knew how much I owed and how much I should receive back, but wants to make me guess and Intuit, which spends millions lobbying to make the process as awful as possible in the US and then can't even do a fucking check to make sure the numbers it tells me to submit make sense. Imagine this in any other context. Imagine a bully owing you $2000 and then the bully's friend ruins everything to where years later you owe the bully $8000. Laughing it up! They are laughing it up. Why do we put up with this shit? I should assemble a part of six adventurers to Who suffers? Hard working Wizardry porters who have to wait until the end of the month to take my money. I really hope they at least allow for saving the state of the game. I hope it gets people re-interested in the CRPG. I will take pictures of the original game running and post them to Caltrops later because doing so brings me joy and is all I can afford for pleasure at the moment. |
