That's what they claim, anyway. Very limited demo now, full game in Q1. You pretty much just construct buildings and ships from a menu. There is a map but it doesn't really come into play. You're building stuff then hitting "end turn". Enemy fleets are automatically spawned on the map with a turn timer counting down until they attack you. Survive to keep building until the next fleet attack. At some point, you can choose to attack the boss of that sector. In, and move on. I'm down for some quick and dirty 4X. Despite no tutorial, it's easy to get the hang of. Hope they add more stuff because it seems limited and you'll just be following some scripted optimal build path. |
