Strange. Any other settings that may be interfering? If I could actually get a verbose descriptive errormessage from the server that would help.
After getting home I realized why it was hanging - It was opening a debug prompt at the console. Turns out that the forum software that I was trying to run was crapping out because it didn't have write access to an access database file.
