It is about this old italian mobster who misses the days when organized crime was a classy business, before the black people (my term for them, not his) got involved. Since he is bored and retired, he decides to "be the change he wants to see in this world," and starts a after school program for at-risk black kids to keep them out of the rackets. But something happens he does not anticipate: he falls in love with the little monkeys. He realizes that they are not naturally savage, it is their fatherless environments which make them that way. So he and them start a racket of their own: with his brains and their ability to get drafted for athletic teams, they begin fixing games and raking in the dough. (Speaking of dough, in one montage he teaches them how to make pizza and they put all sorts of crazy toppings on it like poultry and fresh fruit, it is fucking hilarious.) Maybe they also get a jew to do the books, and a drunken mick for comic relief? That way you cover all four quadrants, which as I understand them are something like boroughs.
