Dawnmaker demo by Spaz over nicks 10/25/2025, 11:40am PDT Best I can describe is Frostpunk as a turn based deckbuilder. You start at a central aerostation building. Just like the Frostpunk furnace, it's the center of your town and repels the surrounding lethal environment. Build your town around it. Get dealt cards every turn with 3 actions to play them. Those orange materials let you construct new buildings from a market that is also randomly drawn from a deck each round. Every time the deck is reshuffled, the lethal smog grows stronger and your aerostation needs more and more fuel to keep it back. Upgrading your aerostation increases the map reveal radius by 1, but also increases the fuel requirement. Goal is to keep expanding until you reveal all the abandoned lighthouses on the map and repair them so you can unlock spending a shit ton of a special resouce to upgrade your aerostation to its final level and win the map. A race to do that before your reshuffles drive the smog strength and fuel requirements to unsustainable levels. Maximize building effects to get that done before the time limit kills you.
