Menace demo
Oh yeah you're on a giant ship doing the invading this time. This is what felt like X-COM 2 was doing but they kept insisting you were the underdog insurgent force. So the thing here is every one of those soldiers is a squad leader with an entire squad during battles. But squads move together all as one unit so.....how are they effectively different from a single soldier? Fiddled around with it. Seems like it could be interesting but the UI definitely needs work. It's just the demo while dropping into early access together so it could still improve. Demo doesn't give much impression how the base building feels. Might be going too far into gun autistic territory like Phoenix Point. By the people who did Battle Brothers. |
