You control both halves of your character and have to run them simultaneously through a single-screen obstacle course to touch dicks in the middle so you can move on to the next level. You must also do this on a timer that is ruthlessly short immediately. There are 100 levels. They stop being mirror images on level 4. You have to simultaneously navigate two characters through two different courses that have different obstacles and require different timings and do it in about 15 seconds. Completing levels makes you feel like you have superpowers.
There's an achievement to complete the game in under 30 minutes which seems insane to me, but of course there's a speedrun that does it in 15. It's impossible to spoil this game because seeing the levels won't do a thing to improve your ability to complete them.
