Given this interview was conducted in 1989, it can be presumed Miyamoto was throwing shade on Tower of Druaga-likes - though the same criticism must surely apply to late-period Western-style adventure games, with Roberta Williams representing the Grand Guignol of logic-gore. (And Roberta Williams also representing the Grand Guignol of actual grotesque pornography.) |
