It's a bit formulaic, but what can I say, I like the formula.
As you said, a lot of the downfall stories boil down to private equity taking on too much debt.
There's also a common theme of "mid-20th century company keeps doing mid-20th century things, acts surprised Pikachu when they no longer work in the 21st century" |
