Search monster.com for anyone that previously worked on the Dell inventory system (probably a contractor or integrator). Have them build some scripts that do what you want to the inventory system (they'll probably have some backdoors and/or admin passwords for the databases). Put everything on some little headless small form factor computer. Send someone into the dell headquarters (the same person should know a good way to get in, or use the old A-Team "we're here to fix the air conditioner") and plug the computer into the network. Give them a half a mil and set them up in a nice non-extradiction country.

It's been consistently demonstrated that roughly 1/3rd of all non-IT staff for any company will provide you with a password if you call them (from any phone number) and ask for it while claiming to be from the IT department. Just get someone who knows the phone numbers, and you should be able to get access.

Because as the boss of another company, you can just tell the person you've hired that you're "in talks" with Dell and ask for some phone numbers. Saves you with the whole half-million and extradition treaty - the employee will never know they just sold Dell down the river.

But you can do much more damage with an sa password than you can with Jane-from-Marketings password. Jane is the one who is the most likely to give out her password over the phone to a stranger. IT depts know this and limit peoples access accordingly.
