Decide which makes more sense when you've gotten a date on a major upgrade wrong. It'd be one thing if I was editing the titles because I'm pulling UBB crap and want to change the content of something written not as a site admin. I wrote that warning in the capacity of a site admin - like a construction crew laying out warning signs for the next mile of road that all contain the wrong message. That's *ALL* it was.

I got the date on the OpenBSD 3.3 release wrong - laid out a giant warning for everyone to see and . . . FUCK- found out that date was wrong.

Yanked the *RIGHT AWAY BEFORE ANYONE RESPONDED TO IT* until I could get a confirmation on the real release date (May 1st-2nd)

Once I got a confirmation, I reset the post title for the real warning.

Entropy Stew, of course, points out that I also could have gone the route of just responding to myself - and as usual he comes up with what was probably a simpler, non-powers-using solution that wouldn't have gotten you tying yourself in a knot, but at the time it simply and honestly did not occur to me.

IN ANY CASE, I'll refrain from further editing my post even in these 'official admin-capacity crap needs to be fixed' situations where possible, as ES suggests.
