ALL OF MY YAOI SCANLATED MANGA. Every last zip, rar, and jpg of it. Much of it is no longer replaceable, culled from sites and p2p places that died long ago. So what, you say. So, I reply, I have no more relaxing pretty bishies to calm me down during my orc rages. Fortunately Love Mode is still up on Sakura-Crisis or else I would have all of your fucking balls in a blender for panty oyster smoothies (with rage.) Ironically, I had already backed up all the ORDINARY manga to DVD and deleted it from the drive long ago to clear up some space. Akira: saved! Berserk: saved! One Piece: saved! My enviably complete set of Zetsuai/Bronze doujinshi: gone forever.

Intellivision emulator and all roms.

WGen and all roms.

I was extremely upset about that. But suprnova, the All-Mother, is very generous about replacing lost roms. I'm mostly just pissed that I lost my Earthbound and Seiken Densetsu 2 and 3 save games, and all my emu shmup records. That virus was gunning for my FUCKING STAR TREK but I stopped it before Picard got hurt. I also lost all the kewl winamp visualizations I had culled from the living rock of Stonehenge expressly for use with very quiet and slow music. Winamp, I thought. So much more out-of-the-box featuretastic than XMMS. Except, like the exquisite china in the cabins of the wealthy on the Titanic, it went down with the ship just like everything else that couldn't float.

I've never gotten a serious virus before. Man whatever that thing was, it corrupted the almost the entire partition. Here's the most Chunk part: I got it off a crack for a program that would have cost a measly ten dollars to register. I mean if you get wiped out cracking some thousand-dollar suite, that's something, but to get busted up and lose all your toys over ten bucks is such a punch in the jimmies. I felt like FABIO.
