The Industrial Bass (which is actually the mid-high pitched xylophoneish melody) reminds me of that song (that I don't know the name of) which is used as bgm for factories/assembly lines in Warner Bros. cartoons (which is why I said it was part cartoon) . Soul Coughing remixes this song in Bus to Beelzebub, which happens to be in my playlist.
