I've seen LXG.
Mina: Peta Wilson has little to do but intermittently bare her fangs.
Hyde: Ebert had it right, he is Fat Bastard after 'roids and a stint in wrestling.
Nemo: Surprisingly spry figure who gets more action scenes than Quartermain.
Dorian: Stuart Townsend reprises his role from Lestat only....less gay.
Skinner: Instead of a blackface we get the whiteface because special effects of any other brand would've been too expensive...right.
Tom Sawyer: Instantly becomes surrogate son to Quartermain.
Quartermain: Other than a good shot he is little more than plot device.
Some of you may urinate blood and have aneurysms. For me? It wasn't godawful of the breed that produced the Avengers. I enjoyed it for what it is, which of course was comic book fluff. |
