It's some wrestler, suing them for stealing his name. Isn't this great, 3d Realms stealing phrases for Duke and trademarking them, stealing the phrase "bullet time" and trademarking it. I'm glad they're being sued for this, they stole the stupid name of the game. Hahah, goes around comes around, fags. On TV the announcer claimed the wrestler is suing Rockstar, that evil evil Rockstar. That's all the announcer knows, he suing those guys who made the beat up hookers with baseball bat thing!
In the article, Max -- the real Max, apparently -- claims that they stole his "persona." I am not much of a wrestling fan, but if this guy goes 5'8" 165 and his "magic" in the squared circle is that he looks like he's continually clenching in order to to inch out a growler, then I guess he needs this money. Really needs this money. Go go good team.
