When I got out of school I went to work for Silver Pictures. This was after Die Hard but before Matrix, square in the middle of the glorious Hudson Hawk, The Last Boy Scout, and Ricochet dayz. Part of my job was reading scripts and sitting in on pitch meetings. 'Nuff said.

Anyway, you never overhear movie pitches in LA, because everyone is paranoid someone might steal their precious idea. I have friends who are scared to pitch me their ideas over cordless phones.


Well if everyone had ideas like ours, of course, then perhaps it would be GREAT.

Actually I thought teh Last Boy Scout was okay. Except for the unnecessarily swearing daughter character who ends up shooting people or something, hell I don't know.
