Alexander the Great was QB. That makes sense. But Hitler was the running back. I can't explain why I thought that was hillarious. Now it makes me laugh that I used to think that was funny.

Well, you want the football in the hands of your "money" players, natch. Brian Piccollo played on only one testicle, I don't see why Der Fuhrer couldn't as well.

Who else was on this team? I would put Mao in at cornerback. He just looked like he had some quicks. Stalin would seem to be one of those wideouts constantly demanding the damn ball. André Maginot as one of the linebackers, etc.

the dark and gritty...Ice Cream Jonsey!

Stalin was a linebacker or something. I wanted vicious, maniacal bastards on D. Mao was in there on D, not sure where. I started running out of historical people I knew (I was only 15). So I think Superman was my center. That made a ton of sense. And some really obscure Roman senators filled out the rest of my O-line, cuz, like, who the fuck cares about them? Generally, "good" guys were on Offense (with the notable exception of runningback), and evil fuckers were on Defense. It was a lot gayer than I might have lead you to believe.

By the way, my older brother with his Uber Broncos of Death, beat the shit out of me in the Super Bowl. This after I beat the Angels 108 to 102 in the NFC Championship game. Talk about a letdown!
