There are assloads in that area, you may want to try asking here, particularly for Tai Chi. This guy is interesting, though he may be a good distance from you. I know some of his students, they do alot of mixing and functional training - i.e. lots of sparring.

Shaolin, when its good, seldom calls itself shaolin, its things like Longfist, Xinyiba, and such. Shaolin roots, but they shed affiliation with the temple when it (and, to a great extent, they) got destroyed by the communists.
