Arcade cabinets are purposefully made to be too heavy so that YOU FUCKING KIDS don't mess them up or knock them over or run out with them. As a result all arcade game owners have a story about how difficult it was to get into their home. Except for INC who has a story about how his laserdisc game (haha!) blew the power in his building.
My story is Bad Dudes. I bought SF2 and Bad Dudes on the same day, and after gingerly "walking" the SF2 cabinet down the ramping side of my parents' house for like... an hour... I was sick of it, and night was falling, so I rolled Bad Dudes down instead, taking only 1 minute of my precious time. The game still worked perfectly. |
