Today a co-worker tried to send me two e-mails to my gmail account, but incorrectly typed my address. Let's say that instead of FussbettSantiario@gmail.com she typed FussSanitario@gmail.com. I didn't get the e-mails, and joked to her that I'm sure the other Fussbett will enjoy seeing those two 60K corporate sponsor logos. He didn't. He wrote her back to complain, explaining that he works in IT security and will foward the matter to the RCMP is she continues to use his e-mail for fraudulant purposes. Thinking that this was AGAIN ME, she writes back "Haha, nice e-mail". This sends the Bizarro Fussbett off the deep end. He calls the office to yell at the woman, re-iterating his threats. Later, after I've already forgotten about it, he sends ME this mail:
It seems we share the same name and service in gmail. I have been
receiving your email from [co-worker's name] at [company address].
I would like to know what user name you registered at google as it
seems they have our account mixed up or else your contact's confused
as to your email address. Please do you best to straighten this up as
I find this annoying.
regards
