Trying to decide which match up is the best of the three. I’ve got Harrington active right now.

Normally I ask myself, "Which is the better player out of the guys I am considering?" And then look at matchups. Well, these three guys may all be backing up kids currently in college in two years. I think it's best if we look at matchups!

Green Bay is reeling, and Harrington is playing at home. I wouldn't want any of my guys starting against Jacksonville any time soon, so forget them. Tim Rattay fails my test of "if the quarterback got the wind knocked out of him for a play, is he guaranteed to be placed back in the game when he catches his breath?" Rattay at this point doesn't seem to be guaranteed a seat saved for him on the flight home. I'm just saying that if Joe Montana or Steve Young or John Brodie happened by the plane as they were taking off and Rattay was in the bathroom or something, there's a good chance that someone says, "Hey, pal! Come sit with us!! Tell us about the glory days!" Meanwhile, Rattay hears the plane depart and runs out with toilet paper glued to his foot, shaking his fist at the private jet rapidly getting smaller within his field of view.

But then again, Joey Harrington's favorite video game is Ms. Pac-Man, which I feel should be mentioned everytime his name comes up. Here are some other games I'd feel better about him admitting as his favorite, EVEN THOUGH Ms. Pac is technically superior, if I were a Lions fan:

o Killer Instinct
o Mortal Kombat
o Bloody Roar
o Primal Rage
o Republic: The Revolution

Ha-ha! Only kidding there towards the end there! About Primal Rage, I mean.

The rest…

If at all possible, I'd go grab either the Miami or Buffalo defense for just this week. If ever a game had 3-0 written all over it, it would be this one. If the inventor of the forward pass still has both eyeballs in his sockets, he's going to caving for them with a dull fork if he sees a single play of that debacle in the making.

the dark and gritty...Ice Cream Jonsey!
