| Anyone got a link to a site where you can download the old files that made up Dragon's Lair and/or Space Ace? I think the emulator that runs it is called "Daphne." I know I am a horrible person for asking this, but I would not insult anyone's intelligence on a site of this size by pretending some other random person cared.
(Plus, I bought the DOS version of both of these games when they came out around 1995.) While I'm on the subject: 1) The capacitor install I was talking about a while ago helped the Crystal Castles game, but it was still not powering up all the time. I unplugged a connector to one of the PCBs and reseat(ed?) it. That did the trick. 2) I bought an IPAC-2 from Ultimarc in order to create a custom joystick for my PC. The one I received had latency issues, but Andy from Ultimarc is sending me a new chip to address the issue. The Happ Super joystick has a really nice feel to it, although it is kind of a pain to switch from 4-way to 8-way mode. ICJ |
