But a problem you do have is lack of respect for your brand, which you have failed to protect. You have no one to blame but yourself.

If my existence taints fields of music for people, that's not actually my problem at all. I don't get any prizes for treading carefully over your delicate net of neuroses and retarded branding needs. Besides, my concept here isn't to sell anything to anyone. It's all free and contains no hidden idea-poison. Nothing in an album will turn you into Zseni. Liking the same music as Zseni still doesn't turn you into Zseni, just like disliking all of Zseni's music doesn't cleanse you of all possible Zseni-like characteristics. I'm not an alien and I'm not after your fucking crystal shard.
Rather than a Manichean good-versus-evil, cool-versus-clumsy style duality - endlessly and pointlessly rehashed throughout the centuries - I have a humanist concept in mind where it's possible to just disagree with someone without attempting to expel them from the human race. Music forums are a good place for this concept! Because there really isn't any good, firm, logical rock on which to stake your position - there are only more eloquent and less eloquent exponents. You can keep trying to make a Law Of Coolness happen with me, but I'm not going to go along with it. |
