Sanitario666: Two reasons: I have a dedicated Badlands cabinet already, and the joystick/button is a poor wheel/pedal.

Mr. Do! is a game way ahead of it's time. Here's how you can finish a level: eat all the fruit, kill all the monsters (two ways: hitting them with your rubber ball or crushing them under a giant apple (either pushed or by weakening the floor)), spelling EXTRA or finding a diamond. That's some serious non-linear stuff there for 1982. Throw in the EXTRA mechanics where new apple-eating enemies act as bodyguards for the letter monster, and it's a game that never bores.
