Your whole post here is a moldy garbage coating on a basement floor of complete shit, but let's just pick this part right here so we can state here for the record: your Half-Life 2 review is probably one of the worst reviews posted here, and THE worst thing ever written about HL2, ever.

Really, let's look. Let's do this.

There are three stages of any game.

Okay, lets do this.


You didn't even need to write this. First off, there are not three stages of any game, and if there were one of them would not be afterglow, you would not start a review with this piece of shit observation, and then you DEFINITELY shouldn't follow it up with "okay, let's do this." You are basically telling people, "don't read the rest of this, it will definitely be as unreadable, incoherent, and stupid as the first 3 lines here." Anyone with a functioning brain can tell after these first 3 lines that you are just gearing up to waste everyone's time. "Let's do this" is now synonymous to me with "here comes a fuckin unreadable piece of shit by a moron."

It has a physics engine. That is to say the game uses physics, If you throw wood into water it floats, if you throat a brick in there, it won't float. Now buckets won't fill with water, but soldiers will roll up the "hood" of your "car" and over your "windshield area". It has a physics engine.


Okay, we're in the first real paragraph. You repeat that the game has a physics engine twice, but you don't really say anything about it in the game. You even point out that you can't fill buckets with water. None of these things need to be said. You could get the exact same point across by just leaving a big blank space, no typing or reading required.

Now you can't use anything as a weapon ala Trespasser, you cannot use things to distract people like Garret. Though you can pick anything up and throw it. Now throwing that stuff doesn't do damage like in Farcry.


This is terrible. Not only are you comparing HL2 to Trespasser and almost whining about how HL2 can't do this and that with its physics (as if anyone cares, which they didn't), but then you go and get an incredibly simple thing wrong about how you can't do damage by throwing objects, and use Farcry as an example of a game where you can throw things to do damage. You not only CAN'T pick up and throw items in Farcry, but you CAN fire objects at enemies in HL2 to damage them. So why the fuck did you even write any of this shit? The fact that you can't get basic concepts of the game correct, and you think you are going to write the review on HL2, is offensive to anyone who actually likes video games and HL2 at all. The first paragraph in you prove you aren't even competent enough to judge a pie eating contest.

The physics engine is perfect as far as I'm concerned. I can understand not doing a Trespasser type thing because picking up a decent long object was like super powered. This physics engine that the game has is perfect.


You contradict yourself here, and even repeat it a second time. At this point your review enters a hoary netherworld of unreadable mishmashing incorrect statements and contradictions, along with childlike observations and misspellings.

I don't even know what the hell this is referring to, the previous paragraph leading up to this is a giant misshapen monster of incoherent bullshit where you say "physics engine" about 90 more times and something about how the facial animations have something to do with the game dialog.

Many of the things are really for people who've played the first one, though even in inaction the game is very enjoyable, albeit, breif.


This is a thought that does not ever need to be perceived by other people. You should've typed it, looked at it for a few seconds, then selected it and hit backspace.

Okay, let's boil this down.


At this point it's gone beyond even unreadable and incoherent into purely psychotic. The "three stages" becomes 5 somehow. You don't even know enough about the game to be qualified to write anything about it, even on a non professional website full of forum readers, and all the replies seem to mirror that point of view. The only person who tried to give it a chance was bdr, who tried editing it, and then you threw a piss fit (which probably involved you drinking your own piss) and even suggested that there were still only supposedly 3 stages when you clearly made 5, and he said fuck you. So bdr actually has an advantage over wrom, bdr knew how to count to 5.

Your only reply to people amounts to the same nothingness you post here, that when people say your posts suck, you just pretend, "hey I agree!" and act like BECAUSE you agree with them then no one should have any problem. INC's reply to the thread is a nice sum up of why people DO have a problem.

Worm, don't listen to him. You absolutely you should take everything in this thread personally. You wrote the horrible review. It's got your (ridiculous screen)name in the author field. It's a reflection of you and how stupid you are. If you're not going to take it personally, who will? This review and the immediate (and, I hope, long-continuing) reactions to it should convince you that you are hopelessly inept as a writer and thinker. Your boring posting and IM skills have somehow merged into an even worse writing style.


And this was in 2004. It's 2007. What has chanced? Not a damn thing. No one even gives a shit if the fact that you are such a scat punch moron means that you won't stop posting here. That won't stop people from telling you that your posts are terrible because you are a fucking scat freak donkey punch cretin.

This is also why the Neverwinter Nights 2 review should come down off the front page. It is a fucking disaster of unreadable unfunny scat moron garbage from a dipshit that no one has read. Shit, I actually tried to read the NWN2 review, just BECAUSE it's on the front page. I got halfway through and sadly thought that anyone coming to the site and clicking on the top review is going to read part of it, realize that it's fucking garbage and incoherent bullshit that amounts to a big pile of empty space, and assume that about the rest of the Caltrops reviews, or even become biased and think that if we put that kind of fucking stupid shit up on for a review then the other reviews and articles must suck, and then some dick will see the HL2 mod preview articles and think well this CAN'T be funny if they think that NWN2 review was good too. And that's going to be all wrom's fault.
