I'm kind of running on fumes. I've heard lots of really good music recently, but none of it has the lasting brilliance necessary to tickle my permanent fancy. So I have to keep replacing really good stuff with more really good stuff.

I went through a heavy French Baroque phase too where all I listened to for a couple of weeks were Marais, St. Colombe, Lully, Couperin. It was great, I was re-reading the poetry of Donne at the same time.
Anyway I guess I'm looking for arcane and baroque disco. Prog disco. Or: even better would be something at once compatible with baroque disco and still totally different.
