I may be traveling for business very soon so I need good laptop to work as my only machine (and tv/dvd player/etc...) for ~1 year. I'll probably have quite a bit of free time, so it needs to be pretty solid graphically so I can play Fallout 3 or whatever is coming out this year. Also, sturdy and should survive a bit of the elements ok. I won't have any external monitors probably, so should I go for a 17"? Is widescreen all the rage these days?
Also, I'd like it if it didn't look like some faggot alienware gayness.
