| I was recently dragged to this by my visiting parents.
I advise anything with a penis to avoid this at all costs, even at the risk of severe wife/girlfriend scorn. This is usually the case with all musicals, but it applies double here. Hillary Duff movie meets Harry Potter. The target audience appears to be women with bipolar friendships that swing back and forth from BFF to calling her a slut until finally at the end everyone has a good cry and apologizes for boyfriend stealing in high school. Not shown: the ice cream aisles of local stores after the show got out. |
