| We all know the story of ODB driving to different welfare offices in his limosine to pick up welfare checks, but here's one I saw that I never see mentioned.
MTV had a panel of hip hop stars on their live TRL show. Someone in the audience posed the question, "With all your financial sucess, what do you do to give back to the community?". The first person mention their involvement with a charity, so does the second. They put the camera on ODB, and with a totally straight face he says, "Nothin' " The audience erupts in laughter and you can see ODB struggle to come up with something better to say, after a second he comes up with, "Puttin' babies in mommas." He then nods appovingly. If you can admire nothing else about the man, you must at least admire his candor. |
