Here's the skinny:

Tiffany (victim) and Allred (murderer) had a stormy year-long relationship. They lived together and she was planning behind his back to have friends help her move out. (james_failed.jpg) Ruschak (mutual friend and victim) had a birthday near Allred's, so they were going to have a joint birthday party. I was invited to this party but wasn't feeling well and didn't go. Tiffany had planned on waiting until after the party to break up with him, so as hopefully not to spoil the evening. At the party, Allred was drunk and acting like a dick. Tiffany, planning on leaving him, was being naturally distant. Allred started throwing firecrackers at her but denied it. She angrily confronted him, he got psychotic and started throwing all her stuff into the street. This accelerated her plan to break up with him. During this, he hit Ruschak's sister in the chest with a rock, and she decided to press charges (Ruschak's sister chatlog). All of this comprise the events of (tiffany_breakup2.jpg)

Three days later, Allred bought a pistol (google cache of his site), (xd45compactbitone.jpg) and started practicing shooting pictures of Tiff and a girl who might be Ruschak's sister. (target.jpg)

Somewhere along the line, Ruschak (Huma54) became sexually involved with Tiffany. It is unclear whether it was before Tiffany broke up with Allred or after. Allred found the chatlogs explicitly stating that they had been sexually involved (tiffany-whore.html)

Allred cleared his website, replaced it with a link to "interesting stuff" that people would find later. He logged into Tiffany's facebook and myspace, edited all her info to implicate her as a whore, and created an event called "Everybody fuck me party". Either Ruschak agreed to attend, or Allred also was able to log into Ruschak's facebook account and agree for him. Tiffany and Ruschak were the only confirmed guests.

Shortly before leaving his house, Allred uploaded all of the incriminating files to his /stuff/ directory, those being what people "would find interesting". They spelled out the sordid series of events that led to him deciding to kill them, and apparently justified to him his own actions.

He drove to the house of the party, rammed his car into a parked car (Tiff's?) several times, then attempted to kick the front door down. Unsuccessful, he ran around to the back of the house and opened fire. He killed Tiff, his ex, and Ruschak, his rival and my friend. A third man, Eric (who I am tangentially connected to but do not know personally) was shot, presumably at random. As everyone fled the scene, Allred got back into his car and drove home where he was apprehended by police shortly thereafter.
