| I'm looking for recommendations for a sort of pre-e-commerce piece.
A friend of mine wants to run a service where people can register themselves, and then have reminders that certain family-based birthdays and anniversaries are coming up sent out. Is there a free software application out there that does the following: - Allows people to click on a link and register themselves, with personal info fields like address and phone number and so forth - Saves this info into a db and handles cookies - Allows people to then add contact info for their relatives, with no real limit on how many contacts they can add. So you can add Mom's birthday, Dad's, Grandma Caltrops, etc. - Has provisions for an admin account to see everything everyone enters Pretty simple stuff, but if this has already been written, I'd hate to have to re-invent it.
