The last time someone got sick at the movies was when I was a freshman at Syracuse. My little brother came up for the weekend and we went to University U for Enter the Dragon.
Someone a few rows back threw up, and because the auditorium was slightly tilted, the stuff slowly flowed forward throughout the feature. It wasn't because of the content in Enter the Dragon, it was more because the average freshman at SU acquired him or herself a wicked drinking problem.
