| So I had a dream that somehow all the craziness in the world erupted into a huge but short war, which was called the World Hard-Fought WAR. It was fought with technology, as in: pointy circuit boards. That was the imagery in my dream for some reason. Anyway, of course we won. But I was listening to a news report that Bush was congratulating Gillette (slogan: the Face of Victory!) (also, congress had been replaced by corporate representatives apparently) for saying something often enough to make it officially true, namely that those who had fought in the "pacific" front were pussy LIEberals because there wasn't as much or as bad fighting as on the "eastern" front. Wherever the hell that was.
Note: I had just seen a show on TV that was indirectly about WWI propaganda. |
