It's a channel of maybe 30 or so participants with the express rule that nothing that is said in there is to be reprinted/pasted anywhere else, nor is anything discussed in there mentioned anywhere else. It's meant to foster a more informal, relaxed atmosphere where people can speak freely and not have to worry about what they say appearing on, say, this site.
